“These are the good ole days.” Isn’t that th “These are the good ole days.” Isn’t that the truth! I found the perfect sign for this space to have as a constant reminder to live in the moment. We are coming up on our 1 year anniversary of moving to this house and I am flooded with emotions. 4 years ago we packed up and moved to our little rental home in East Lansing for TJ to finish vet school. We dreamt of the day we would be done with vet school, move into a house of our own and start a family... and here we are. . Sometimes I feel like we are too blessed. So many live across the world with much less. It is easy to get so caught up with life that we totally miss what’s happening right in front of us. Annnnndddd another project has BEGUN... impulsivel Annnnndddd another project has BEGUN... impulsively 😂 but hey, those are usually my best projects. . I’ve had this project on my list for a while and decided I needed some DIY therapy today. I’m adding vertical shiplap with a ledge to our half bath on the main floor. I knew I was bad at math but boy I sure did under estimate the number of shiplap boards needed 😂 oops... I need almost twice as much as I got. .
